HYLXJ-A/B Armored cable core-out machine is a special designed device for the manufacturer of armored thermocouple cable and armored heating cable (both are simply referred as armored cable) and electric heaters.

In the manufacture of armored thermocouple and armored resistor, the cable core must be exposed and the insulation dust must be cleared. HYLXJ-A/B can quickly finish this task.

  Its basic function is to expose the cable core or thermal couple wire. It consists of 3 parts: First is cutting machine, to cut the protective tube of armored thermal couple, resistor cable, second is dust vibrator machine, the function is to let the wire core exposed when the armored thermocouple and inside insulator of RTD cable(Mgo and so on) high-frequency vibrate on the machine The third one is vacuum cleaner ,the function is to collect dust, prevent dust pollution.
