Warmth Delivery to Female Workers

  On the morning of Jan. 23, Wu Ben, the factory director, Dai Zuchen, the secretary of party branch, Huang Jiangping, the chairman of worker union, visited the employees in difficulty, offering their early New Year wishes to them, along with their consolation money. They thanked them for their contribution to the factory and wished that they can overcome difficulties, set up confidence for life and have a peaceful and happy new year,

  For leaders’ care, the employees in difficulty felt touched. They thanked the leaders and expressed their determination to redouble their working effort, to repay the factory leaders’ care and encouragement with their performance.

  Every year, the factory will conduct such activity to care its employees, especially the ones in difficulty. It not only reflects enterprise’ “human-oriented” concept, but also win the heart of its employees and enhance the basis for enterprise’s daily operation and production.
