"Uniting Hearts and Minds, Looking Toward the Future" – Outdoor Team-Building Event for All Staff of Yueqing Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory

Amidst the clear skies and crisp air of a beautiful autumn, Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory organized an outdoor team-building event for all employees on November 8th. Centered on the theme "Uniting Our Strengths, Looking to the Future," the activity aimed to strengthen corporate culture, enrich the staff's cultural lives, foster interaction among colleagues, and broaden horizons, allowing everyone to relax and connect with nature amidst their busy work schedules.

On the morning of the 8th, all employees gathered at the factory and split into five groups organized by the labor union. Group leaders guided their teams as they drove to the destination: the Jinzhujian Sightseeing Park. Upon arrival, everyone worked together—washing vegetables, lighting fires, and cooking—happily bustling about. Colleagues showcased their culinary skills, and everyone had a wonderful time; the atmosphere was filled with joy and beaming smiles.

The afternoon was set aside for leisure; some arranged to go hiking together, while others strolled through the autumn scenery—beaming with radiant smiles—and chatted about the joy and inspiration this outing brought to their lives. They frequently snapped photos with their phones, and some even seized the opportunity to take a group photo, capturing their deep camaraderie amidst the laughter and cheer.
