Tooling and machinery

Our machinery is designed for manufacturers in sectors such as temperature measurement instrumentation and electric heating. Each machine is purpose-built for specific products and processes, including protective thermowell machining, armored cable processing, metal tube surface polishing, hexagonal forming and riveting (for thermocouples, RTDs, heaters, and various tube ends/cold ends), welding (flanges, bolts, protective tubes, retaining rings, and gaskets), seal testing for temperature sensors, and the joining of thermocouple/RTD elements or cores to lead wires.
These automated systems significantly boost production speed while ensuring consistent quality; once programmed, the machines eliminate the issue of quality inconsistency within a single production batch. Select models feature touch-screen interfaces, allowing operators to easily monitor and configure specific length and dimensional settings. As products evolve, our equipment is updated accordingly; since the underlying operational logic remains consistent, there is no risk of the machinery becoming incompatible with the products.
Comprehensive user manuals are provided with the equipment, and genuine replacement parts are available for maintenance. All machinery is developed in-house by our engineering team, backed by full intellectual property rights and unique, registered patents.
