The Straight Hot Runner Heater features an integrated, straight heating structure with a distributed power design. The heating elements are arranged uniformly, eliminating localized cold spots or overheating zones and ensuring balanced 360° heat conduction. It maintains a precise, constant temperature within the hot runner system, ensuring consistent plastic melt flow and fundamentally reducing defects such as flow marks, sink marks, short shots, and flash, making it ideal for high-precision plastic molding. Compatible with J-type or K-type thermocouples, it enables real-time temperature monitoring and precise control, seamlessly integrating into automated injection molding systems. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a fully sealed, encapsulated design, the heater is resistant to water, oil, and oxidation; it withstands the high temperatures, high pressures, and heavy loads of mold operations without aging or deforming over long-term use. The internal heating wire undergoes professional annealing for flexibility and toughness, allowing for slight bending to fit irregular installation spaces while preventing burnout or short circuits caused by frequent cycling or continuous high-temperature operation. Available in flat or round cross-sections (including standard specifications such as 2.2×4.2mm, 3×3mm, 4×2mm, 3.5×3.5mm, and Φ3mm), the design maximizes contact area and fit with mold components and hot runner manifolds, ensuring gap-free heat transfer, rapid heating, and minimal heat loss. Its straight-bar structure flexibly accommodates flat, elongated, irregular, and large-scale heating zones, perfectly covering critical areas such as hot runner manifolds, extended nozzles, mold plates, and gate bushings. It supports standard voltages (220V/230V/240V) and offers customizable lengths and power ratings to meet specific mold dimensions and operational requirements.
