Dragon Boat Festival Benefits Distribution at Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory

The Dragon Boat Festival arrives in early summer, bringing clear skies and lengthening days. As this traditional holiday approaches, the air is filled with more than just the aroma of *zongzi* (sticky rice dumplings); there is a shared sense of joy. To express gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the entire workforce toward the development of Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory, the factory's labor union leadership—deeply committed to the well-being of the staff—prepared special gift packages for everyone. This gesture allowed employees to truly feel the care and warmth of the union family. Organized by the union, the distribution of festival gifts proceeded smoothly; colleagues worked together to transport, sort, and hand out the items. Laughter frequently rang out at the distribution site, creating a joyful atmosphere. Employees from various departments and workshops arrived in an orderly fashion to collect their gifts. Boxes filled with the union leadership's care and well-wishes made their way to every workstation and into the hands of every employee, filling the entire factory with a warm, harmonious, and festive spirit.
Whenever a major festival arrives, the employees of Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory experience the full extent of the union's care. This year's Dragon Boat Festival was no exception; the substantial gift boxes served as a tangible reminder of the union's thoughtfulness and concern. Moving forward, the Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory labor union will continue to demonstrate the high value it places on its employees through concrete actions, conveying its care and support while building a union that fosters a deep sense of pride, happiness, and belonging among the staff.
