Moving Forward Together, Scaling New Heights — Huadong Instrument And Meter Factory's Shenxianju Team-Building Event Concludes Successfully

To strengthen team cohesion, foster a sense of belonging and a spirit of collaboration among employees, and cultivate a positive corporate culture, Yueqing Huadong Instrument Factory organized a unique one-day team-building excursion on December 7, 2025. The destination was the Shenxianju Scenic Area in Taizhou, a place renowned as an "earthly fairyland." Early in the morning, the team gathered at the factory and set off together by bus, filling the journey with laughter and eager anticipation for the adventure ahead.
Upon arriving at Shenxianju, the group was instantly captivated by the majestic, rugged mountain terrain and the ethereal, mist-shrouded scenery. The area boasts unique geological formations, with layers of towering peaks, cascading waterfalls, and lush vegetation; the fresh air revitalized everyone, washing away the fatigue of the journey. The event officially kicked off with a lively and cheerful warm-up session led by the tour guide. Afterward, the team proceeded in smaller groups along the meticulously constructed mountain walkways. Throughout the hike, colleagues supported and encouraged one another as they tackled winding paths and suspended bridges. While traversing the thrilling "Ruyi Bridge" and "Nantian Bridge," team members held tight to the railings and steadied each other; in doing so, they not only overcame their fear of heights but also gained a profound appreciation for the power of trust and mutual support while crossing these dizzying heights. Along the way, unique rock formations—such as "Guanyin Peak" and "Buddha Peak"—drew repeated exclamations of admiration, prompting everyone to pause for photos and marvel at the breathtaking craftsmanship of nature.
