On the afternoon of January 24, Lu Peng, a member of the Party Working Committee of Shifan Subdistrict, accompanied by representatives from the Subdistrict’s General Trade Union, visited our factory to extend their regards to outstanding trade union officials and employees. They engaged in cordial conversations with the staff, inquiring about their work and personal lives, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for their hard work and dedication in their frontline roles.

In recent years, the Shifan Subdistrict Federation of Trade Unions has launched various initiatives that have greatly benefited both enterprise unions and employees. Examples include the "bringing legal and mental health knowledge to the grassroots" program, which provides regular "legal health check-ups" for our companies, and the establishment of "caring childcare programs" during summer and winter breaks. These programs ensure that employees' children receive academic guidance from teachers during the holidays, thereby relieving employees of their worries and allowing them to focus on their work with peace of mind.

This "sending warmth" initiative by the Shifan Subdistrict General Trade Union not only provided frontline enterprise employees with material assistance but also offered them significant moral encouragement. It fully embodies the organization's mission of caring for and serving enterprise employees, while further strengthening the bond between the Subdistrict General Trade Union and the workforce.
