On January 4, 2025, Yueqing Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory held its 2024 annual gala as scheduled, themed "Soaring Forward on the Winds of Success." During the event, Factory Director Wu Ben delivered a comprehensive, objective, and impartial review of the factory's performance in 2024, placing special emphasis on workplace safety and product quality, while also outlining the strategic priorities and direction for 2025.
To recognize excellence and set benchmarks, the gala featured an awards ceremony honoring outstanding performers from 2024, including the Best Team, Model Employee, Most Cooperative Staff, Outstanding Employee, and Best Newcomer.

These outstanding individuals and teams will inspire each of us to forge ahead and strive for excellence in the coming year. Let us take them as role models—emulating their dedication, innovative spirit, and teamwork—and shine in our respective roles, contributing to the prosperity and development of East China.
The highlight of the annual meeting—the lucky draw—undoubtedly brought immense excitement and joy to the event. The company had meticulously prepared generous prizes, and amidst thunderous applause and cheers, lucky employees walked away with these special surprises.

A "lucky red envelope wall" was also set up at the annual meeting, allowing every employee to draw their own New Year's red envelope. This activity not only enlivened the atmosphere but also conveyed the company's care and warmth to the staff. As we share in this festive joy, we look forward to everyone achieving even greater success and happiness in the coming year.

We bid farewell to the past year and embrace a new era, seizing every moment as we march toward the future. The Golden Dragon soars, ushering out the winter, while the Silver Snake dances gracefully, welcoming the arrival of spring! At our annual gala, we reflected on the trials and triumphs of the past, said goodbye to days gone by, and looked forward to a future full of promise—ready to embark on a new journey with renewed spirit.
