As a core component of injection molding systems, the performance of a hot runner system directly determines product quality, production efficiency, and overall costs. However, the industry currently faces common challenges such as insufficient temperature control precision, short service lives, high energy consumption, and cumbersome maintenance. Leveraging 40 years of expertise in industrial heating technology, our factory has developed a series of hot runner heaters with superior performance and enhanced reliability to fundamentally resolve these issues.
Our heaters utilize imported high-temperature nickel-chromium alloy for the core heating wire, offering excellent oxidation and creep resistance; the continuous service life exceeds 20,000 hours—four to six times that of standard products. The construction features an inner layer of high-purity magnesium oxide powder for insulation, a middle layer of high-temperature-resistant crystalline magnesium oxide, and an outer sheath of 304 or 316L stainless steel. This design ensures an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ and high dielectric strength, effectively eliminating the risk of electrical leakage or breakdown. Backed by 40 years of R&D and manufacturing experience, we offer fully customized specifications—including diameter, length, power, voltage, and lead-out configuration. Standard custom orders can be delivered within 3–5 days, with expedited processing available for urgent requests. We provide comprehensive technical support—from initial selection and installation guidance to ongoing maintenance—helping customers optimize their hot runner heating solutions.
