Outdoor Team-Building Event for All Huadong Instrument Employees

As summer arrived,  Huadong Instrument and Meter organized a "farmhouse-style" barbecue outing this past Friday, June 13th, centered on the theme of "relaxing, beating the heat, and enjoying nature." The primary objectives were to enrich employees' leisure time, relieve work-related stress, foster communication and interaction among colleagues, cultivate a spirit of teamwork and mutual support, and allow everyone to experience the team's vitality and cohesion. At 8:00 AM, the group set off by car with pre-prepared ingredients, arriving at the destination around 9:00 AM to gather at the barbecue site and take their seats according to pre-arranged groups. Everyone quickly sprang into action—washing ingredients, lighting fires, slicing meat, skewering shrimp—and busily showcased their culinary talents, eager to demonstrate their skills at the grill or the wok. In no time, a spread of appetizing dishes was ready; everyone eagerly gathered to taste the fruits of their labor, finding the food delicious and satisfying. It turned out there were hidden master chefs right in our midst! After lunch, the team engaged in various leisure activities: playing mahjong or poker, snapping photos, or strolling along the nearby stream. With the water murmuring and a gentle breeze brushing against their faces, everyone savored this rare moment of tranquility and comfort. The scenes were natural and harmonious; the stress of daily work was cast aside, leaving only happy, smiling faces. This event not only enriched employees' leisure lives and enhanced their hands-on skills but also strengthened their sense of collective pride and ignited their enthusiasm for work, all while reflecting a more human-centric approach to company management. The event received strong support from Factory Director Wu Ben; although he was away on a business trip and could not attend in person, he enthusiastically praised the arrangements in the company's WeChat group and encouraged everyone to take plenty of photos to preserve the wonderful memories. All participating employees were highly satisfied with the event.
