From August 1 to 3, the 15th Pakistan International Plastics & Rubber Exhibition (2017) was held at the Karachi Expo Centre in Pakistan; Mr. Wu Ben, the factory manager, attended the event.

Pakistan is the second-largest market for plastic packaging in South Asia and the second-largest market for plastic consumption across the combined Southeast and South Asian regions. Statistics show that Pakistan's plastics industry imports stood at US$984 million in 2015 and exceeded US$1.2 billion in 2016; imports of plastic packaging machinery alone reached US$200 million. Key suppliers of plastic machinery to Pakistan include China, the United States, Sweden, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, South Korea, and Spain.
In recent years, Pakistan's political situation and economic development have gradually stabilized. In 2009, the government adopted a medium-term economic development plan and "Vision 2030," aiming to raise the country's per capita GDP to US$3,000 by 2030 through measures such as establishing a sound economic system and implementing liberal investment policies to boost capital inflow. These factors continue to drive growth in Pakistan's plastics, printing, and packaging sectors, as well as in the manufacturing industry integrating the latest packaging machinery and equipment. Furthermore, industry stakeholders are actively seeking new, environmentally friendly methods for plastic recycling. Thanks to strong political and economic ties between China and Pakistan—and the ongoing advancement of China's "Belt and Road Initiative"—it is anticipated that Chinese products will face a smoother path in expanding their market presence in Pakistan.

During the exhibition, business representatives from around the world showed keen interest in our products, such as hot runner heaters. In particular, a client from Pakistan went out of their way to guide our Factory Director, Mr. Wu, and introduced us to local businesspeople for discussions.

Our participation in the Pakistan International Plastics & Rubber Exhibition has once again expanded our sales channels, providing an excellent platform for our products to enter the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, thereby laying a solid foundation for accessing the European market.
