HYJMJ-01B Automatic Meter Armored Cable Cutting Machine

This machine integrates four key functions: automatic feeding, non-destructive straightening, precision length cutting, and automatic cutoff. As an upgraded version of the HYJMJ-01 model, it consolidates the entire process—loading, straightening, length measurement, and cutting—into a single automated workflow. Once the coiled armored cable is loaded, there is no need for manual handling, straightening, or measuring and cutting; the fully automated, continuous operation eliminates three manual auxiliary steps. It features a specialized flexible pressure-roller straightening module with clamping force optimized for thin-walled armored tubes made of stainless steel or high-temperature alloys. This ensures the straightening process leaves no indentations or scratches and causes no tube wall deformation, fully protecting the cable's outer sheath; this prevents surface defects in subsequent polishing and welding, and eliminates internal issues such as crushing damage to the magnesium oxide insulation layer or displacement of the thermocouple wires. Equipped with a high-precision encoder-based digital length-setting system, it allows for digital length input via touchscreen and automatically stores multiple size specifications. It ensures uniform cutting lengths across batches, eliminating the inconsistencies associated with manual tape-measure measurements. The machine is compatible with mainstream armored thermocouples and heating cables available on the market; switching between wire diameters requires only a simple change of the guide rollers. It produces clean, burr-free cuts without crushing or deformation at the cut ends, eliminating the need for manual end-finishing. Featuring an integrated cabinet design that combines the material rack with the main unit, it operates as a standalone machine or integrates seamlessly into a complete automated armored cable production line, requiring no additional external pay-off stand.
