The machine features multiple sets of adjustable parallel straightening rollers that perform progressive, multi-stage straightening, avoiding harsh point-loading on the tubing. As the bent armored cable passes through the roller sequence, it is gradually corrected without leaving indentations, scratches, or dents on the tube wall, thereby fully protecting the outer sheath, internal magnesium oxide insulation, and thermocouple wires, and eliminating material scrap. It accommodates materials of various lengths, allowing for repeated straightening passes on longer cables. Designed with a compact vertical housing, the unit operates on standard 220V household power and is lightweight, making it suitable for small workshops, laboratories, and compact automated production lines. The control panel integrates speed control, start/stop functions, and adjustment handwheels, enabling clear visibility for a single operator. A top-mounted fine-adjustment handwheel allows for rapid roller gap changes, facilitating quick setup for different cable diameters, while anti-slip feet ensure vibration-free operation; the cable remains stable—without bouncing or drifting—during the straightening process, ensuring smooth transport of slender armored cables and preventing issues with incomplete or uneven correction.
