Flue and air duct thermocouples are primarily designed for exhaust gas temperature measurement on power plant generating equipment piping. Equipped with heavy-duty thermowells and large-diameter connection threads, these thermocouples effectively resist flue gas erosion and exhaust fan-induced vibration. The reduced-diameter sensing tip greatly minimizes thermal response time.
Featuring a separable protection tube structure and a spring-loaded positioning mechanism for the sensing element, these thermocouples come standard with a waterproof aluminum thermocouple junction box, with multiple optional thermocouple junction box types available.
Key Features
1.Fully armored sensing elements provide excellent pressure resistance, superior vibration resistance, high operational stability and extended service life.
2.The spring-loaded contact design between the armored element and protection tube base shortens thermal response time and further strengthens vibration resistance.
3.Large-cavity thermocouple junction boxes with an optimized wiring structure ensure easy, fast and highly reliable on-site wiring.
4.The separable main body and protection tube structure supports rapid sensing element replacement without unit shutdown, ensuring continuous equipment operation.
5.The integral one-piece protection tube adopts deep blind hole solid machining with uniform wall thickness at the measuring tip. It eliminates welding stress and intergranular corrosion risks, delivers exceptional pressure and impact resistance, and ensures long-term stable and safe operation of power generation units.
