HYLSJ-2-8B Cold junction Locking Machine

This machine is an upgraded version of the patented HYLSJ-2-8A model. Powered by a hydraulic cylinder, it delivers a maximum working pressure of 7 MPa—significantly higher than the pneumatic HYLSJ-2-8A—making it specifically suited for thick-walled armored sheaths and large-diameter tube ends. It effortlessly compresses thick-walled "cold ends" into a tight, secure fit, eliminating issues such as loose connections, poor sealing, or leakage. While the pneumatic HYLSJ-2-8A is limited to small and medium diameters, this model handles heavy-duty components with outer diameters up to 30 mm, including thick armored cables, large-bore heating elements, and heavy-duty temperature sensor thermowells. It accommodates everything from micro-fine wires to large industrial pipes, allowing a single machine to handle a factory's entire product range. It supports various applications, including thermocouples, RTDs, hot runner heaters, and the hexagonal forming and crimping of metal tube ends. Specifications can be changed simply by swapping molds—eliminating the need for a new machine—thereby ensuring high production flexibility. The oil pump, cylinder, and pressure-regulating valve are all standard industrial components that are easily sourced on the market. Additionally, the equipment features an integrated pressure-relief system that automatically releases pressure during overloads, protecting the molds, workpieces, and machine body from damage while extending the unit's service life.
