The HYLSJ-2-8A utilizes pneumatic pressure application to ensure uniform and controllable output, preventing the sudden high-pressure surges that could crack thin-walled armored sheaths. It features an optimized pressure curve for the hexagonal forming and crimping of thermocouple, RTD, and hot-runner heater terminals; the gradual, progressive compression process fully protects the tube wall, internal magnesium oxide insulation, and sensing wires. Operators can freely adjust the clamping stroke and force based on the tube's outer diameter and wall thickness, eliminating the need to replace the entire mold set when switching specifications—simple parameter fine-tuning suffices. The equipment ensures high consistency in forming, resulting in a tight, secure hexagonal crimp. Specifically designed for processing terminals on thermocouples, RTDs, hot-runner heaters, and various metal tubes, it forms a standard hexagonal structure in a single compression step, facilitating subsequent nut assembly, threaded locking, and sealing. It replaces traditional two-step tooling setups, thereby reducing the labor associated with transporting semi-finished products. Compatible with standard industry armored tubes and heating element terminals, the system allows for rapid mold changes and covers the specifications of mainstream temperature-sensing and heating components used by instrument manufacturers; product switching requires only brief setup adjustments, supporting flexible, multi-specification production.
